Pastor Brandon Blumberg

Pastor Brandon holds a Bachelor's degree in Christian Education from Biola University and earned his Master's of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry from Talbot School of Theology. Raised in a non-Christian home, Brandon was invited consistently for two years by a friend, while in High School to attend church services. He eventually agreed, and it was not long after when he gave his life to Christ.

Brandon began serving in full-time ministry in California while still in college/seminary. Upon graduating seminary, he served for 7 years as a pastor at a large church. He then accepted a position at New Hope Church in Bend, Oregon in 2014 where he currently serves as its Lead Pastor. Brandon desires to see the gospel clearly preached and offered to those who are far from Christ, just as he once was. His aim is to take the transformative experience of the Gospel to the people of Central Oregon, and communities all across the world.

Serving alongside Brandon is his wife, Meagan, and their four children.

About the Program

Hope That Matters is a 26:00 weekly program featuring Brandon Blumberg - Lead Pastor of New Hope Church in Bend, OR.

For those listeners who know Jesus, they will find encouragement and challenge as they hear the gospel presented on Hope That Matters, as we examine what the writers of the New Testament and Old Testament have to say, focusing especially on the life and words of Jesus. And for those who haven't heard the gospel, they will be shown the truth of Jesus - the reality of the gospel and, most importantly, how to respond to Jesus.

While there are many things we place our hope in here on earth, Hope That Matters is found in the gospel, in the scriptures and in Jesus. So, we're presenting Hope That Matters for your soul.
